Welcome to my world, where tales gain color and paintings find their voice. Here, paintings become portals, and stories – maps leading to other worlds. Sometimes the brush follows the word, sometimes the word follows the brush… but always, it is a journey deep into wonder. The main idea of the work is ABUNDANCE. Happiness, love, music, flowers and fruits, ancient luxury.

Sergey Kropovinskiy

Mysterious and timeless, Kropovinskiy Sergey is an artist who defies conventional biography. With two higher education degrees – one from an Academy of Arts and another in psychology – he brings both technical mastery and deep introspective insight to his work. A practitioner of yoga for over 30 years and a dedicated teacher of drawing and painting, Kropovinskiy has exhibited widely, with more than 20 solo shows in Ukraine, Germany, the Netherlands, and the Czech Republic, as well as participation in over 50 international group exhibitions.

His oil paintings are marked by a distinctive style often described as mystical realism – a fusion of modern academicism with echoes of Baroque and Renaissance traditions. With masterful control of light and shadow, Kropovinskiy constructs compositions that are both fantastical and grounded in meticulous realism. His works often recall the texture-rich still lifes of the Dutch masters, yet they are infused with imaginative and historical elements that elevate them beyond classical genres.

Each piece reveals a harmonious interplay of form and detail, where every object seems to occupy its perfect place. Textures – whether metal, glass, fabric, or fruit -are rendered with extraordinary precision, creating a tactile, almost tangible world.
